Experience heightened attunement to subtle energy & vibration, as well as your authentic sound & cultivate trust through foundational mind, body, spirit, breath & voice connection.
In Module 1, you will:

Explore & expand your expressive vocabulary as you release what no longer serves & claim a new voice story.

Align with & embody frequencies of self-love & sovereignty through vocal embodiment & self-reflection.
Dive into what you want to cultivate in your life & your core desired feelings & energetic states.
In Module 3, you will:
✴︎ Learn a foundational chakra toning to support balance & alignment
✴︎ Embark on a 21-day, simple and powerful devotional voice practice
✴︎ Reflect upon & receive vocal alchemy practices for cultivating self-love & sovereignty

Module 4:
Tend & Devote
Explore your personal connection to sacred mantra, song, affirmation & prayer.
Take your journey even deeper as you begin to vision how you want to tend & devote your voice & your-self moving forward.
Share your voice more fully with your sisters in our Sing Yourself Home journey as we all witness & are witnessed in nonjudgmental, sacred (virtual) circle of collective empowerment.
In Module 4, you will:
✴︎ Learn about Sonic Talismans & “energetic signatures”, and how you can use them to create your own practices & rituals
✴︎ Explore & expand your Voice Vision as we wrap up our journey & explore the question: “to what is my voice devoted?”

MY STORY:
Though I grew up naturally expressive & later trained in singing and performance, for years I gradually began to shut down & eventually lose my voice to crippling shame, self-hatred and self-destructive behaviors.
As I recovered my true essence and resurrected my sense of self-worth, my voice became my loving companion and path of liberation. As I explored and devoted myself to mystical voice practice—and shared my expression in supportive community—I opened to the profound gift of my unique expression in a way that has transformed my entire life.
Through my voice I have uncovered & claimed my soul purpose as well as opened to more freedom, joy, resilience, love & connection.
